Modèle à hasard proportionnel pour la fiabilité des composants mécaniques

Abstract : Mechanical systems reliability depends on design, use, physical environment ... Moreover, failure mechanisms as fatigue or stress yield systems ageing. The reliability databases are not allowed to deal with these particularities because of generic and constant failure rates. Many uncertainties in reliability predictions can be due to the use of these databases. A failure rate modelling is introduced in this article, and aims at tacking into account both time and influencing factors. An example describes the methodology and is used for assessing the model accuracy
