Experimental study of explosions generated from the massive release of a flammable gas, as a high momentum jet, for different conditions (free or obstructed, steady or transient, jet of CH4, C3H8n or H2)

Abstract : In the chemical and petrochemical plants, large amounts of flammable gases are handled or stored and their accidental release can occur. In view of the hazards for on-site personnel and environment, it is necessary to develop methods by which the possible consequences of fire and explosion can be assessed.
