Artifact formation in high volume sampling of voc's and solid organic compounds

Abstract

Large amounts of organic matter are introduced into the atmosphere from industrial activities, transport, natural and even domestic sources. However, one can consider as pollutants only those compounds that are able to produce some measurable effect on humans, animals, plant life or materials.
