Modélisation du comportement dynamique de portiques en béton armé consécutif à un fort endommagement structurel initial

Abstract : We present in this communication progressive collapse simulations of reinforced concrete frame structures. The method suggested is based on the use of macro-discrete beam elements equivalent to the classical Timoshenko beam finite element. Unlike usual finite element approaches, this alternative procedure can completly describe the collapse from initial damage to residual structure without requiring to add nodes or to rede ne elements connectivity.
