Practical high frequency measurement of a lightning earthing system
Résumé
The authors have used a high frequency earthing meter worldwide to qualify lightning earthing systems and got some feedback. Purpose of this paper is to present some of these practical results and to start discussion on how to use these results. Some indication will be given. In particular, the equivalent high frequency resistance RHF is defined and limits based on experience are proposed.
