From September 2008 to March 2013 regular surface monitoring of the Rousse CCS pilot has been performed, including pre-injection and injection monitoring. Measurement of the soil gas and soil fluxes were made on the site surface, on a quarterly basis, and a 85 m deep borehole was drilled to investigate a shallow aquifer.
