Mieux comprendre les fondements des analyses des risques pour les améliorer : la place du "déclic"

Abstract : Many accidents, reknown or not, are considered immediately after they occurred as "unpredictable" by those who are affected. Yet post-accident investigations regularly reveal precursor events that were ignored. Such recurrent findings can lead us to question our ability to identify risks and push to the conclusion that the only option left is to feed the experience. The other alternative explored in this communication is to find a way, using existing or new methods to identify a priori new risks or new scenarios of realization of already identified risks
