Fuites massives sur les canalisations de transport de CO2 en phase dense

Abstract : Within the course of the UE projects CO2-PIPEHAZ and CO2- Quest, new experimental techniques were developed at Ineris to highlight the physical mechanisms involved during an accidental blowdown of a CO2 transport pipeline. Both the depressurization of the pie and the formation of the cloud outside were investigated. Completely original datasets were produced enabling the development of modelling strategies. Besides, this work and these techniques were employed to scale up our equipement to nearly the industrial dimensions.
