Adaptation des dispositions constructives des ouvrages de la Ligne 16 du Grand Paris Express en zone de dissolution du Gypse Lutétien

Abstract : Geological investigations carried out as part of preliminary draft and project studies of the future railway line 16 of the Grand Paris Express highlighted spatial contrast of gypsum lutetian formations. In the north side of Sevran, a decompressed area with sporadic gypsum horizons contrasts with massive gypsum horizons of the south side. That lithological variation north-south has been interpreted in relation with the front of dissolution which is the result of the natural water flow in the lutetian aquifer. Research studies carried out by the partnership Cerema-Ineris for the company Grand Paris showed that in the context of the Paris Basin and at the kilometric gypsum terrain scale, kinetics of dissolution and evolution of the front de dissolution is relatively slow (scale of the lifetime of the structure). On the contrary, works highlight a high sensitivity, in term of stability, of the previous dissolved areas. In fact, the destructuration of the formations due to the dissolution of gypsum levels give them high susceptibility to hydrodynamic variations. These unstable areas remobilized under the influence of hydrodynamic variations are likely to cause localized collapses. Therefore, the conception of the facilities (train station, ancillary facilities, tunnel) has been adapted by implementing specific provisions during the construction process in addition of the usual measures of detection of voids on the front. In this way, strengthened monitoring of water level and sulfate concentration of impacted groundwater will be carried out.
